To ensure effective regulation of existing ECPFs/TCPFs and establish a more sustainable business landscape, the Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA) has decided to enforce a temporary moratorium with immediate effect on the acceptance of new ECPF/TCPFs applications until further notice.
