Provisional Registration

Provisional Registration

  • Granted to applicants undergoing course requisite intern/ attachment
  • Individual shall practice under the supervision

Procedure

  1. The applicant shall fill and sign the provisional registration form ( available on https://www.bmhc.gov.bt/download-forms-2/)
  2. The applicant shall read and declare the code of professional fidelity ( affix legal stamp and sign on it)
  3. The applicant shall sign an undertaking letter for provisional registration ( available on https://www.bmhc.gov.bt/download-forms-2/)
  4. Produce 1 recent passport size photo
  5. Have 2 legal stamps
  6. Security clearance certificate from the police
  7. CID copy along with original

Document checklist

The following documents should be furnished both in ORIGINAL AND PHOTOCOPY;

  1. Provisional/ course completion certificate
  2. Mark sheets for all the semesters/ year
  3. Class X and XII pass certificate and mark sheets

Fees

Registration of Bachelor’s degree program: Nu. 700/-

Registration of Diploma level program: Nu. 500/-

Registration of Certificate level program: Nu. 200/-

How long will the registration process take place?

The applicant will be able to obtain registration within 3 working days if the applicant fulfills the criteria

Validity

The validity of provisional registration is 1 year
