Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide legal support to the Council in terms of interpretation of the Bhutan Medical & Health Council Act, 2002 and other relevant laws;
2. Coordinate investigation when complaints are received;
3. Represent the Council in the Court of Law when necessary;
4. Coordinate and conduct relevant Committee meetings; and
5. Carryout any other works as assigned by the Registrar/Council.
